Abstract
I titled this collection Corner View because much of my poetry deals with observations.
Most of these poems were written in coffee shops, my favorite two being Sweetwater's
and the cafe at Video Hits Plus. I drank more hot chocolate in the last three months than I
have in my entire life. A lot of my ideas come from observing people and I've found that
writing poetry helps me to notice things more and pay attention to detail. I hope that
when you read this you will be able to look at life from different comers of the world.
Maybe you'll see one you recognize.
