Abstract
The mission of this paper is to capture the .essence that is embodied in a day spa and the marketing efforts set forth in our technologically inclined modern society. After building a strong basis for M Spa's online. marketing plan, I have connected business terms and prevalent themes with the experiences. I encountered through my internship. The health and beauty industry is filled with men and women eager to indulge themselves in a setting. that is luxurious, professional, affordable, and relaxing. Bridging together effective advertising techniques and customers' wants and needs proved to be a challenge that forced me to integrate personal work experience with marketing literature. Implementing and maintaining a system in which a business can reach out to their clientele with incentives, product news, special offers, and new available services is critical in the ever-changing spa and salon industry. The use of online marketing resources became a cost-effective, convenient, and time-sensitive strategy that enabled a local business to reach out to its valued clients as well as patrons of the community. Increased business, heightened product sales, and overall satisfaction with customer service and personalization were just a few of the benefits generated from the implementation of the online marketing plan. Setting up the business for long-term success through a growing email.base and social networking website became a reality through a memorable and enlightening internship at. M Spa Salon and Day Spa in Portage, Michigan.
