dc.description.abstractThis program evaluation report compares the assessment center technology utilized by the American Society of Employers, Inc. (ASE) against the Guidelines and Ethical Considerations for Assessment Center Operations developed by the 17rh International Congress on the Assessment Center Method (!CACM). This study examines ASE procedures in relation to ICACM guidelines. It also incorporates observations made by the author while participating as a candidate and coordinator within ASE assessment center program. The study concludes that ASE fully meets the ICACM definitional guidelines for assessment center operation.en_US
