Teaching Methods and Family Influence of Spanish Children
Parker, Amy E.
While visiting the preescholar I went with the intent of only observing for fear that I would influence a change in daily behaviors. However, I found that a roomful of curious kids will not allow this. My jobs became playing games with the children, singing songs and participating in the learning tasks. Along with this, I was able to follow the head director around the school and ask as many questions I could think of. Also, this meant I was always available to be tl"le extra hands to help feed the kids and do whatever else that was needed to be done. On some occasions I had to help the children to the bathroom, participate in art activities, and sit at a table to speak with the children.
