Abstract
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is one of the most common diseases requiring renal replacement therapy.. Using patient records, this study investigated how diabetes, blood pressure, sex, and use of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors impacted glomerular filtration rates (GFR) in ADPKD patients. We determined that blood pressure, diabetes, and use of ACE inhibitors have an impact on GFR.
