I decided to compare and contrast all EHR applications available today and discuss the design and development of a digitalized universal health record application. I began with the exhaustive research of all available modes of recording available for health records and determining the best qualities from each. The best model was an iPad application with cloud connections to external storage databases. Using this basic model, I designed a complete medical application springboard that would be the center for all processes related to inter-office/hospital operations. A user-friendly layout was important for easy and accurate us, while maintaining the ability to individualize accounts. The development of this application would be no easy feat and posed many developmental challenges, but the implications of a user-friendly EHR application are far reaching.en_US
