The Possible Ramifications of the Accessibility and "User-Friendliness" of Women's Health Care Clinics
Stuntz, Shelby L.
This study examines the issues surrounding both long-term contraception and abortion practices among minority women in South Central, Los Angeles, with a goal of describing and analyzing the outcomes of a ''user-friendly" health clinic located at MLK Hospital in South Central. This study is based on the analysis of 49 surveys with patients of the clinic and graduates of a local drug treatment program many of whom have attended the clinic. The ultimate aim of this project was to provide enough information on the necessity of accessible and ''user-friendly" health clinics to efficiently treat this population.
