Abstract
Nitrosamine toxicity made their first debut in industrial workers. The exposure to nitrates and nitrites in the environment inhibits a breeding ground for nitrosamines. Nitrosamines have been commonly found in processed foods, natural unprocessed foods, drinking water, and alcoholic beverages. Nitrosamines are formed when there is a secondary amine present. This study is an investigation on the dependence dimethynitrosamine’s, C2H6NNO, geometric configuration has with the energy inputted. Through the results, we have obtained statistical data regarding vector correlations between transition dipole moment, μ, velocity, v, and angular momentum, J at 368nm. This data has shown the geometric configuration of DMN is not dependent on the amount of energy dissociated with.
