Abstract
It is the purpose of this paper to evaluate Upjohn Library's holdings in Psychology based on the Harvard List of books in Psychology, Professor Wise's list, and the observations and opinions of senior Psychology majors at Kalamazoo College. The Psychology majors questioned are perhaps in the best position to judge the adequacy of what is available, for they are the ones who must depend on the specific holdings to complete their course work and requirements. The students must be the final judges of what is good and adequate and what is not. If the existing facilities are inadequate, the students are the ones who suffer. Their pursuit of learning will be hindered if the necessary information is not readily available.
