The author describes her internship in the promotions department at WCRZ FM CARS 108, a radio broadcasting station in Flint, Michigan. The principle of demand is related to radio broadcasting in many ways. The factors of demand determine the demand for radio broadcasting by both the listeners and local businesses. The factors of demand include price, consumer preference, number of consumers, income, prices of related goods, and future expectations.
