Wordenglass and Electricity: A Strategic Plan for Stock Sign Physical Distribution

Since the incorporation of Wordenglass and Electricity in December of 1985, no effort has been put forth to effectively market and find efficient channels of distribution for Electriglas stock signage. This thesis will analyze the unique nature of these products, provide history on previous attempts of distribution, propose alternative avenues of distribution, and provide a strategic game plan for physical distribution for the next fiscal year. The objective of this analysis is to accomplish the following goals: 1. To explore alternative channels of distribution. 2. To provide a multi-faceted system of distribution that will allow maximum levels of volume sales. 3. To develop a framework in which all levels of distribution can function smoothly and succinctly.
