Financial Services of America. Inc. is a financial planning firm aimed at insuring future financial stability for their clients. They provide a myriad of services from mutual funds to estate planning. FSA incorporates an extensive training program and a dedication to high standards, allowing them to boast a sales force in the top ten percent of the nation.
As a consultant and intern for Financial Services of America, Inc. I had dual objectives. In an attempt to broaden their target market, I was asked to analyze FSA's
current marketing strategy and aid in developing a new
strategy to extend the awareness of FSA and the services
they provide. In order to satisfy my Senior Individualized
Project requirement and benefit Financial Services of
America, Inc. my report includes an extensive section on
marketing and sales promotion in a services industry. I
recommend that FSA capitalizes on their market niche by
utilizing the marketing techniques that differentiates the
goods and services industries.
