The Influence of Gestational Age at Delivery on Placental Morphology and Perinatal Outcomes in Pregnancies Complicated by Preeclampsia
Abstract
Puretz (2005) studied preeclampsia, a pregnancy-specific syndrome associate with significant perinatal morbidity and mortality for mother and baby. Hospital-based observations about maternal characteristics, fetal and maternal thrombophilia risks, placental morphology and perinatal outcomes in pregnancies complicated by preeclampsia were collected from Sparrow Hospital and analyzed.
