Experiences in a Spanish Laboratory

Abstract

I was allowed to observe the workings of a Spanish laboratory at the school of veterinary medicine at the same university that I attended during the study abroad program. There I was (barely) allowed to participate in the lab practices in the parasitology department at the school. My responsibilities included watching everything transpire or sticking my head down a microscope for hours. I did however learn a bit about parasitology and vital functions of the Spanish economy.
