    Abstract
    - This study hoped to investigate how Kalamazoo College (K) Athletics affects the complete experience of women athletes and the entire campus community. - By examining the specific experiences of K female athletes, I can compare the athletic experiences at K to the general population of female athletes. - Previous research has shown many physical, mental, and social benefits in the general population from participating in athletics. - I predict that athletics at K has a positive impact on the overall experience of female athletes, as well as helps to build a strong connection to K. - I believe that the more recently graduated group will have had a more positive experience due to the changes K has made to its athletic programs
