Tidings (March 1927, No. 1)

Abstract

Ethel Cronkite, class of 1920, was an American Baptist Missionary serving in Bengal-Orissa, India from 1921-1939. In 1927, she sent the college issues of the missionary magazine Tidings to contribute to its centennial collection. This issue features an article written by Ethel Cronkite herself. She provides details of the education provided by the Mission. There is also an article authored by Mabel Long Rix, class of 1911. She gives an update on her mission work in Bhimpore, India (now rendered as Bhimpur).
