Abstract

Photo was taken by Elizabeth Hay, class of 1914, an American Baptist missionary stationed in Assam, India. This photo was the view from behind the mission bungalow in Guahati (now rendered as Guwahati). It shows the Brahmaputra River which is the 9th largest river in the world.
