Elizabeth Hay Obituary
Abstract
Elizabeth Hay graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1914. She would go on to serve as a missionary in Assam, India for nearly 40 years. Mentioned in her obituary was her experience as a teacher and principal at an all-girls high school. She was also a recipient of the Kaisar-i-Hind Medal, an award granted to individuals for their service to the British Raj. She passed away on February 28, 1958.
