    Abstract
My senior individualized project seeks to give an in-depth walkthrough of a real-world data analytics project titled “The Repayment Project,” which was conducted in the Summer of 2021, on behalf of Consumer’s Credit Union. A predictive algorithm was created to rank delinquent repayment loans according to the priority that the algorithm determined. Once ranked, this queue was used by the Collection’s department to inform members that they were late on a payment. Several statistical analyses were used to derive our algorithm, which will also be included. Along with a run-down of the technicality required for the completion of this project, I end with a discussion of my overall experience in a Corporate America setting as a Latinx woman in a predominantly white and male-dominated field.
