    Abstract
In this study, the energies of the excited states in fluorine 17 nucleus are investigated by bombarding gaseous oxygen with deuterons from tandem Van de Graaf and measuring the energy of the neutrons from the O16(d,n)F17 reaction with a fast neutron time of flight spectrometer.
