dc.description.abstract | Kalamazoo College's campus was shocked on June 1, 1986 to find Dewing Hall marked with anti-gay and lesbian graffiti. This image shows "GO HOME f*ckin' LESBOS. I don't believe in this kind of 'verbal' abuse, but it's fun anyway" written on the chalkboard of a classroom. The college responded by issuing a special edition of the student newspaper denouncing the graffiti and calling for tolerance. | en_US |
