    Abstract
A project in a real-world company is completely different from what a student of computer science experiences in class settings. Conception and Initiation, Definition and Planning, Launch and Execution, Performance and Control, Project Close are five basic steps for completing a project for a company. Not all of the mare found in school. Instead, reading instruction and installing, following instruction and coding are the basic steps students follow in classes. In this paper, I will discuss my experience of engaging with a group which starts to build up the whole system for Yunnan Weiqi Organization. Also, I will share the technical tools I used for the project and the tasks I assigned to. Furthermore, I will elaborate on the challenges and bot technical and theoretical shortcoming I encountered during this period in contrast with my peers. Moreover, I will offer explanations to why I prefer working in China to working in the U.S. This part will be accompanied by a brief comparison between Chinese Internet Market and American one. Finally, I will share my personal ideas and reflection on my future career plans and how this experience has shaped my understanding of both the field of computer science and the industry associated with it.
