The Value of Experience for a Programmer

Abstract

This is an experiential Senior Individualized Project. In it I recount my experience at VisTracks Inc. This recollection serves, to express personal growth and critical reflection. As a college student, I have found my internship experience an invaluable stepping stone towards my career as a programmer. This paper attempts to explain why. I aim to persuade as many would-be programmers to seek an internship as well. I hope to identify with my readers on both an intellectual and personal level through this exposition.
