Business Process Management : Benefits and Implementation

Abstract

I spent last summer working to establish a Business Process Management program at AmeriFirst HomeMortgage Company. The goal was to find efficiency improvements by mapping processes within the company. To complete this task, I had to learn the proper method for process mapping and create a mindset centered on improving the business. This paper discusses the benefits of implementing a Business Process Management program.
