Abstract
This paper intends to give the reader an understanding of how it is working at a small company in the United States for the first time, and the importance of believing in one’s ability to learn and adapt quickly in such an environment. The latter is especially important in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science as it is rapidly growing and one has to be able to quickly integrate, upgrade and update these technologies into existing systems within a company. If one is not confident in his or her abilities to learn a task, no matter how insurmountable it may seem, then any effort expended will not lead to success. This is the main takeaway I hope the reader will have.
