Letter from N.P. Barlow to Committee on Ministerial Education
Abstract
Nathan Pratt Barlow reports a seventh time to the Committee on Ministerial Education of the Michigan Baptist State Convention on his financial situation after a term at the College during his Junior year. He has continued his work as a sexton, earning a substantial sum after only three weeks of work. He spent the other seven weeks of the term visiting his father’s family who were all sick, and he seems to have caught whatever they had. During those seven weeks, he made a sum similar to what he earned as a sexton in three weeks.
