War Department Demographics and Accounting Questionnaire

Abstract

This questionnaire, published by the War Department's Committee on Education and Special Training, was sent to the Administrative Heads of academic institutions across the country. The purpose of the questionnaire was to gather demographic and accounting information, as well as information regarding the military training opportunities already existing at those institutions.
