Telegram on Kalamazoo College Representatives at Training Camps
Abstract
This telegram, sent by Col. H.O.S. Heistand to Kalamazoo College President H. L. Stetson on July 30, 1918, inquiring about how many, if any, Kalamazoo College students and/or faculty were in attendance at one of the unofficial or private military training camps operating in the summer on 1918. The reverse shows the typed response by President Stetson, indicating that five students and one instructor were in attendance at Ft. Sheridan, but none in unofficial or private training camps.
