    Abstract
This SIP on the Transhumanist movement is not meant to be comprehensive, but a thoughtful work to highlight some key ideas that are associated with Transhumanism. As this movement is relatively new, it is essential to present the basic principles that are the foundation of the Transhumanist philosophy. It is also essential to review how various schools of thought in Transhumanism emphasize particular aspects of this philosophy. Because Transhumanism is a radical sort of movement in nature, ethical considerations are also a central part of this paper. Furthermore, thinking of the Transhumanist movement as a secular faith also aids in understanding the impact that it can have on people's lives. In composing this piece of writing, I hope to contribute to people's understanding of Transhumanist ideals because they may ultimately alter the future trajectory of our lives as human beings.
