In late Winter Quarter 2014, President’s Staff charged a committee of students, faculty, and staff members with delving deeply into the findings of the 2012-‐2013 student focus groups which examined how students are experiencing racial and ethnic diversity on campus, and to recommend ways the College could respond to those findings.
