Abstract

As stated on Kalamazoo College’s Diversity and Inclusion webpage, “Kalamazoo College is committed to fostering a campus climate and academic experience in which our diverse community of learners can thrive.”1 This commitment is challenged by the three problems outlined in this document. I will provide an analysis of these problems that prevent Kalamazoo College from fulfilling their commitment. Additionally, I will provide a solution and next steps.
