Abstract
Exposure to nature, defined as an environment than can live and prosper without human contact, is beneficial for human beings. Indeed, studies have shown that exposure to natural or green spaces affects children and adults positively, which is what the author of this SIP is going to show. Thanks to several studies, she is going to talk about the fact that nature can decrease levels of stress, increase ways of thinking and help people learn about nature, for example. In addition, it decreases diseases such obesity and diabetes. It is thus important for schools and societies to develop programs for children and adults to be outdoors.
