Abstract
This research paper is on the topic of corporate health and wellness. It will describe what a wellness program is, as well as how it can be implemented into a company. It will go on to provide a brief history of healthy living initiatives in America, and some key points as to why it is important for companies to invest their resources into these programs. Finally a case study covering the McKinley Real Estate Healthy Living program and the success that it has had over the past five years. It will give an excellent example of how a wellness program can and should look to provide the employees and employer with all of the tools necessary to make a successful program.
