Perceptions of the Effectiveness of Psychological Interventions on Injury Rehabilitation in a Proposed Study
Abstract
Until recently the use of psychological interventions to assist with injury rehabilitation was not very common due to a lack of knowledge. Now that these practices are gaining more support the key is to get the backing of patients so that these interventions can be utilized more often and more effectively. The purpose of the study is to determine which of the presented psychological interventions is perceived best by injury rehabilitation patients and to see if the patient’s perceptions of the interventions differ depending on the ages of the patients.
