[Taylor, Simmons, and Fox] Lease to Fish for the term of six years from and after August 16, 1851, two buildings located in Schoolcraft, one known as "the Boarding-house," and "the other next south," used as a barn. They also lease the yard of the Cedar Park Female Seminary with the provision that "the latter building to be used as a dwelling-house, with improvements to amount of $240.00."
