This project researches business planning, company cultures, subcultures, values, and rituals that can be seen in an expanding business. I will be using my experiences in my internship at Brian’s Books, Inc. to reflect upon my research. Through this internship, I was able to observe through an anthropological and sociological lens, what it takes to run a business while applying theories of organizational culture.en_US
