    Abstract
This paper is an overview of what my project has entailed over the last few months. From the start, I knew I wanted my Senior Individualized Project to be action-based. I thrive pursuing hands-on work where I can see practical results. I'm a Theatre Arts major; I didn't want to produce a paper, I wanted to produce a show. So instead of spending hours in the library, I spent five to six hours· a day in rehearsal, writing reports, in meetings, answering emails, creating documents, compiling my prompt book, following up on props ... being a stage manager. This paper (yes, they did still make me write a paper, I didn't win out all together) thus will review the highlights of this process: what I did, what worked, what didn't work, and what I learned.
