Taekwondo: Expression Passion through Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Wellness

In my journey, I have encountered numerous martial arts that incorporated a variety of techniques, and forms that any on viewer would find astounding. As a fellow martial artist myself, I wanted to explore something that no student has yet to attempt. My goal is to introduce the martial art I now study, the reason I chose it, showing the kind of origins it originates from, and the spiritual and philosophical mindset it entails. From there, I want to entertain my reader with the various ways that Taekwondo has transformed my life, how I applied it to my lifestyle and how several studies can back my claim: that traditional martial arts like Taekwondo are not aggressive, instead incorporating a balance of physical, mental and spiritual wellness. Once I have explored that aspect of the art, I personally explored a new "way" of life that brought me joy and comfort, guiding me through my academic and social life.
