This SIP is the written record of my directing project, a project on which I technically the
first five weeks of Fall Quarter 1999 working. In reality this idea has been forming over the last
four to six years, ever since I first read the play. This particular version of the play, wherein I
chose to radically alter the original script in both form and content was a labor of love.
