Abstract
The goal of my SIP experience was to develop a set of drawings
that represented a culmination of four years of training in studio
art, and that began to exhibit a style of my own. Since both my
greatest strength and interest was in charcoal drawing, I decided to
keep an open mind on what to draw, but to focus on figure drawing.
What developed in the months to follow both surprised and delighted
me.
