Abstract
With the growing number of people immigrating to the United States of America, the importance of bilingual education has increased. There are more and more families bringing young children into the schools. If the schools' bilingual programs are not functional, these children will suffer. I hope the information and suggestions that follow will be useful in helping these programs to succeed.
