    Abstract
This study focuses on whether a liquid-suspension methylphenidate improves academic achievement (AA) in 13 ADHD elementary school aged children (3 females, 10 males). Without being knowing all of the results yet, we assume that our results show that AA improved in those in third grade, and below but not above third grade. This could be because of the type of material covered and the familiarity of the information to the older children. There were three different lectures where data was collected. The data collected was from quizzes that were presented to the participants and read aloud immediately after the lecture was finished. The first lecture was about polymers and non-Newtonian fluids, using gak and a cornstarch and water mix as examples. The second lecture focused on ecosystems and food chains, and the lecture was entitled "Balance of Nature." The third lecture focused on Newton's first law of motion, and the demonstrations to accompany the lecture showed that motion is dependent on forces, how much force is applied, the mass of the object, and friction. No official results have been found at this time.
