Abstract
This paper presents a literature review of concepts and principles of behavior analysis and their functions in creating organizational change according to Malott's Behavioral Systems Model. Malott's approach to organizational change by way ofbehavior systems analysis is demonstrated through applications to a small business in the food industry. The information presented in the literature review has been compiled from published literature; however, the applications of the Behavioral Systems Model are derived from personal knowledge and experience within the organization.
