    Abstract
The purpose of this paper is primarily to encourage the use of more audiovisual techniques in adult English as a Second Language classes. The field of adult education lacks good commercial audiovisual aids, in part because Adult English Education is a relatively new field, and also because educators are not concerned with making learning as fun for adults as they make it for children. I believe adult education should be entertaining, and therefore, I have researched audiovisual techniques to see how they must be utilized and how they are applicable to Second Language teaching.
