Abstract
The author writes that Algerian women are marginalized on two levels. As Algerians, they are discriminated against in French society, and as women, they are discriminated against within Islam. The author describes how three writers-- Sakinna Boukhedenna, Leïla Sebbar and Assia Djebar-- have tried to give voice to Algerian women. Text in French.
