Stryker Corporation is a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. It is one of the top businesses in the medical industry market. This papers deals with the innermost workings of the company from the point of view of an assembly line worker. The first section is an attempt to give the reader a sense of what a blue collar worker experiences and thinks each day.
