This paper is a combination of an outline of my experiences as an intern at Bernio Enterprises in the fall of 2010 and my extensional project and research on Document Management System (OMS) as a part of e-Business. The essay is focused on how OMS can help business better organize and manage their businesses. The research was· attributed to help me solve the problem I encountered during my internship. Because of the functions and practices of OMS, I believe that it will play a role that is more and more important in the future. This research also gives me a comparably complete understanding of the system so that I will be comfortable using it in my future career.en_US
