A dependable kennel is needed in three main cities of Southeastern Detroit: West Bloomfield, Canton Township and Novi. Due to high income levels, present population and population growth rates, a kennel would be most prosperous in the West Bloomfield area. Furthermore, there are no key competitors in this area, improving the chances of success. In order for a kennel to be successful, it must possess several key characteristics. The first, and most important, is a good sense of customer service. Another important characteristic is a well-structured facility. Lastly, a strong marketing plan, targeting key consumers is necessary.
