Teagle Assessment Scholars (TAS), coordinated though the Center of Inquiry in the Liberal Arts (at Wabash College) http://www.liberalarts.wabash.edu/, visited Kalamazoo College on 11-13 January to carry out a “culture audit” as we wrap up our project, “Transforming Kalamazoo College through Multi-layered and Systematic Improvement of Student Learning,” funded by The Teagle Foundation. When compared with the pre-project culture audit, completed in February 2009, the report generated from this close-of-project culture audit provided a “value-added” view of the project’s effectiveness.
