Abstract
This paper is based upon a case study of a collegiate athlete who suffered a serious knee injury that ultimately resulted in surgery. This athlete damaged her knee, underwent surgery after two years had passed and more damage had been done, and is currently involved in physical therapy. This athlete wishes to return to her athletic competition and her case will be reported and discussed in depth.
